Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

This is a regulation that requires companies to report information about their environmental and social impact. It is a way for companies to be transparent and accountable for their sustainability efforts. The CSRD applies to a wide range of companies operating in the European Union (EU). Generally it is expected to include companies with more than 250 employees. This regulation is still being developed and the date for when companies need to comply is not determined. Once this goes into effect companies will need to start reporting their sustainability information according to the guidelines.
